Inspection Checklist
One of the most common questions we get is, “What gets checked?”. The simplest answer is that your inspector will inspect everything that he can see and safely access. That means that any items that may be concealed behind walls, ceilings, flooring, occupant storage, or furniture may not be inspected. Your inspector will do his best to give you the most information possible!
