Our Team of Property Inspectors

All HouseMaster Team Members hold a valid Home Inspector license from Service Alberta and adhere the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics as defined by CAHPI (Canadian Association of Home & Property Inspectors) and adopted by Service Alberta. In addition, they must remain members in good standing of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and complete a minimum of 20 hours of continuing education each year to retain employment. Further, they all must be members in good standing with NIBI (National Institution of Building Inspectors) which requires an annual re-certification exam with a passing mark of 90% or more. We make sure that all inspectors have been trained in Infrared/Thermography as well as inspecting for signs of mould.
